Overview
The Zebra FS42 is a powerful fixed industrial scanner for high-volume manufacturing and logistics lines that need robust processing power for track-and-trace of every component and package.
It uses a 2.3 MP (up to 60 fps) or 5 MP (up to 42 fps) sensor, integrated red, white, infrared or all-in-one illumination, and supports Zebra's Integrated Multifunction Light. ImagePerfect+ captures up to 16 images of one item with different settings for high read rates on damaged codes and DPM marks. It offers EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, RS-232 and USB-C, up to nine I/O lines, and IP65/IP67 sealing.
