Overview
The Datalogic Blade Series is a compact industrial 1D reader for OEM, factory and warehouse automation. It brings imaging technology to the classic DS2X00 form factor and is backward compatible with existing DS2X00 mounting, making upgrades simple. Two models are offered: Blade 100 and Blade 200.
A 1920 x 128 pixel camera sensor with full digital image decoding reads damaged, discoloured and worn labels, and supports simultaneous raster and linear acquisition. With no moving parts there is no mechanical wear. Set-up uses Datalogic DL.Code, configuration can be loaded over the network or by microSD card, and WebMonitor / WebSentinel services are supported.
