Overview
The Datalogic Matrix 830 and 930 are image-based barcode readers for high-throughput logistics, retail distribution and manufacturing conveyors. Matrix 830 has 16 MP resolution and Matrix 930 a 28 MP sensor, both 8000 pixels wide, so a single device can cover belts up to 1.2 m wide.
They read barcodes on belts moving up to 3.5 m/s, and PackTrack with multi-core processing handles multiple packages in view with gaps as small as 100 mm. An optional integrated range sensor gives dynamic focus; software and sequential focus modes are also offered. SyncNet links cameras without a hub, with two Ethernet and two serial ports for PROFINET or EtherNet/IP PLCs. IP65, 0–50 °C.
