The Datalogic Matrix 220 is a fixed-mount industrial 2D imager for automotive, electronics and packaging traceability. DL.CODE with Enhanced AutoSetup gets it running in minutes, and reconfiguration typically takes under 60 seconds between production batches.
Electronic focus and rotating connectors ease mounting in tight spaces, internal ID-NET supports multi-reader layouts, and it was the first stationary industrial scanner to support OPC UA. It offers Power over Ethernet and onboard PROFINET and EtherNet/IP, reads printed labels at 50 cycles per second, and is IP65 rated for 0–50 °C. Standard and DPM versions are offered, including the AI-powered Matrix 220 XAI for direct part marking.
