Overview

The Novexx XTD is a modular top-and-down labelling solution that labels products from above and below in one process step. A typical food-packaging setup uses a labeller to apply a pre-printed decorative or promotional label from the top. A print & apply system below the conveyor then prints variable data onto a second label and applies it to the underside.

The XTD can combine XLS-series labellers with ALX- and XPA-series print & apply systems in different configurations, and can be extended as needs grow. Its compact design is easy to integrate. Long label run lengths, fast material changes and an optional tandem mode keep downtime low.
