Overview
The Novexx XLS 2xx is a family of high-speed industrial labellers that apply pre-printed decorative, informative and branding labels to products, cartons and pallets. It is built for demanding 24/7 operation in industries such as food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, household and consumer goods, electronics and automotive.
Depending on the model, the XLS 2xx dispenses labels 5–233 mm wide at 0–70 m/min. The family includes the XLS 204, 206, 209, 256 and 272. It adjusts automatically to conveyor speed and has a 90° rotatable dispensing edge. IP65 kits are available for humid or dusty areas, and tandem operation gives non-stop production. It works with a wide range of applicators and can be combined with the XTO overprinter for compact print & apply.
