Overview
This Novexx in-line pallet labelling solution combines the XPA 936 print & apply system with the Rotor-Long applicator. It prints and applies up to two GS1-compliant DIN A5 labels to a stopped pallet, fully automatically, at 300 dpi print quality, even in harsh logistics environments.
It installs directly in the production line, to the left or right of the conveyor, and needs no protective housing. The XPA 936 prints the label, a vacuum pad picks it up, and the 850 mm rotating arm applies it to the pallet with a swing movement. Two start-signal inputs allow labelling on two sides. The web interface, rotatable display, Ribbon Save Function and tool-free maintenance come from the XPA 9xx platform.
