Overview
The Novexx XPU is a fully automatic, stand-alone pallet labelling system for logistics and warehouse operations, including demanding 24/7 use. Built around the XPA 936 print & apply system, it prints and applies GS1-compliant DIN A5 pallet labels at 300 dpi and labels up to 200 pallets per hour with two labels per pallet.
A telescopic applicator labels one or two adjacent sides with a single pallet stop, and three-sided labelling is optional. An integrated scanner validates the barcodes. The sturdy transparent housing protects operators and the system in harsh conditions, and a front door gives quick access for label and ribbon changes. The XPU installs on either side of the conveyor and is PLC-controlled. It works with PID 3SIXTY software for label, data and process management.
