The Newland FR4070 is a hands-free desktop scanner for supermarkets, retail checkouts and ticket counters, with a sleek design and a head that tilts to suit the counter layout.
It uses Newland's UIMG decoding with a 640 x 480 CMOS imager and large scan window to read retail barcodes, mobile payment codes, digital coupons and e-tickets, with an EAN-13 range up to 210 mm. It connects by USB, weighs 292 g, is IP52 sealed and rated for 1.2 m drops.
