Overview
The Datalogic Magellan 1500i is a small, high-performing presentation scanner for retail, pharmacies, service desks and self-checkout kiosks. With a footprint of just 8 x 9 cm it saves counter space while giving a wide reading area, and an optional kiosk bracket eases integration.
A built-in accelerometer switches it from hands-free stand mode to handheld mode when picked up. It reads 1D, 2D and Digimarc codes, including damaged labels and phone screens, and supports GS1 Digital Link and OCR. Adaptive LED illumination reduces eye strain. It has an IP52 enclosure, 1.2 m drop resistance and comes in black or white.
