Overview

The Honeywell Xenon Ultra 1960g is the corded model of the Xenon Ultra family, Honeywell's premium evolution of the Xenon and Xenon XP general-purpose scanners. It delivers fast, reliable reading of damaged and poor-quality barcodes for retail POS, self-checkout, in-store inventory, assembly lines and component tracking.

A green-dot LED aimer improves targeting, and warm-white illumination improves print contrast down to 15%, allowing ultra-high-density codes as small as 2 mil to be read. It comes in standard range (SR) and high density (HD) versions with motion tolerance of 4 m/s (SR) and 3.4 m/s (HD). It uses cables from existing Xenon XP deployments, supports keyboard wedge, RS-232 and USB, is rated for 2,000 tumbles at 0.5 m and 50 drops from 1.8 m, sealed to IP52, with a 5-year warranty.
