Overview
The Honeywell Voyager XP 1470g is a corded Extreme Performance (XP) 1D/2D scanner designed for in-store retail. It reads traditional barcodes and digital screens reliably, even damaged and difficult codes, and balances price and performance for busy checkouts.
It is engineered for 30 drops from 1.8 m and 1,000 tumbles from 0.5 m, with IP52 sealing. Honeywell's Scanner Management Utility (SMU) simplifies deployment and updates, and EZConfig allows firmware updates or one-scan configuration barcodes. It supports keyboard wedge, RS-232 and USB, reads 0.2–15.8 in depth of field and carries a 5-year warranty.
