Overview
The Epson ColorWorks C8050 is a high-volume colour label printer for industrial and manufacturing sites that print large batches of full-colour labels in house. It uses a PrecisionCore line inkjet printhead with Heat-Free technology and prints up to 300 mm per second at up to 600 x 1200 dpi.
UltraChrome DL pigment inks come in 480 ml ink packs for long runs between changes. The printer handles matte, glossy, film and synthetic media up to 0.6 mm thick, has a scissor-type auto cutter rated for up to 1.5 million cuts, and connects over USB 3.0, Ethernet, optional Wi-Fi and a D-Sub 25 I/O port. It supports ESC/Label commands, SAP direct printing (Device Type and ABAP drivers) and remote management through Epson Cloud Solution PORT.
