Overview
The Newland BS80 Piranha II 1D is the linear-barcode version of the pocket-size Piranha II, for users who scan standard 1D product and shipping barcodes on the move.
It uses a 2500-pixel linear imager with LED aimer, reads EAN-13 from 55 to 550 mm, connects over Bluetooth (compatible with 4.0/3.0/2.1+EDR) up to 50 m, and stores scans in batch mode. It has a 900 mAh battery with USB-C charging, weighs 67 g, is IP42 rated and rated for 1.2 m drops.
