Overview
The HPRT Ares and Ares Pro are 4-inch direct thermal / thermal transfer label printers for healthcare, jewellery, manufacturing and garment labelling. They have full-width moveable media sensors and field-upgradeable media handling.
They print at up to 8 ips (203 dpi) or 6 ips (300 dpi), on media 25.4–110 mm wide with 100 m ribbons, and have 128 MB RAM. Both have USB, serial and Ethernet; the Ares Pro adds a USB host port. Wi-Fi or Bluetooth modules are plug-and-play options.
