Overview
The Honeywell PX940 is a high-performance 4-inch industrial printer with optional integrated label verification. It is made for regulated, high-precision labelling in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automotive, transport and logistics.
It prints at up to 14 ips with ±0.2 mm registration at 203, 300 or 600 dpi. The integrated verifier (600 dpi scan, 660 nm light) checks every barcode to ISO 15415/15416, giving instant pass/fail and ANSI grades for common 1D codes, Data Matrix and QR. A colour touchscreen, side-loading design, all-metal mechanism and tool-free platen roller replacement keep it easy to run, and Operational Intelligence gives predictive fleet analytics. It is available with or without the verifier.
