Overview
The Honeywell PD45S and PD45 are commercial industrial printers for manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare and government labelling. A robust all-metal frame with few internal moving parts gives a compact, long-lasting printer for up to 10,000 labels a day.
Powered by an Arm Cortex-A7 800 MHz processor, it prints in direct thermal and thermal transfer at 203 or 300 dpi and 2–10 ips. Honeywell's patented dual-sensor positioning handles labels from 5 mm with vertical accuracy of ±0.5 mm (PD45S) or ±0.75 mm (PD45). The PD45S has a 3.5-inch full-touch colour LCD; the PD45 has a 2.36-inch keypad LCD. Both support FP, DP, IPL, ZPL and DPL, and the PD45S adds options such as wireless, peeler, rewinder and cutter.
