Overview
The Honeywell PC42E-D is a compact 4-inch direct thermal desktop printer for labels, tags and receipts in transportation, logistics, warehouse and retail work such as shipping, receiving, sorting and parcel counters.
It prints at up to 8 ips (203 dpi) or 6 ips (300 dpi) and adds factory-installed Ethernet and serial to the USB device and host ports, with 256 MB SDRAM / 256 MB flash. Options available only on the PC42E-D include Wi-Fi 5 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) and a cutter; Bluetooth 5.0, low-media sensor and self-strip module are also offered. It is managed through Honeywell Printer Edge, Operational Intelligence, PrintSet 6 and SOTI Connect.
