Overview
The CipherLab RS36 NUHF RFID Reader is an Android touch mobile computer with an integrated short-range UHF RFID module. It suits event access control, asset and tool tracking, patient wristband reading and small-store inventory where a compact device is preferred over a pistol-grip sled.
Built on the RS36 with a 5.5-inch 630-nit screen, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB flash, it uses an Impinj E310 UHF chipset to read EPC Gen2 tags at up to 5 m and over 200 tags per second. It is IP54 rated and tested for 1.2 m drops, with RFID Android SDK, EZConfig and EZEdit support.
