Overview
The Chainway MC50 UHF is a 5G handheld RFID reader with an Impinj-based UHF module and Gen2X support. The UHF back clip detaches so the device converts into a lightweight MC50 mobile computer.
It reads 1,300+ tags per second with ranges of 26 m (Impinj MR6), 28 m (Impinj M750) and 30 m (Alien H3 anti-metal). The host runs Android 12 or 14 on an octa-core 2.0 GHz processor with a 6-inch display, 5000 mAh main battery plus 5200 mAh pistol battery, and IP67 host sealing.
